Required Ingredients
- 300 g of paneer cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp of corn flour
- 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tbsp of all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp of each soy sauce, vinegar, red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup
- ½ tsp of sugar
- 1 tbsp of chopped garlic and ginger
- Cut the following vegetables into cubes- onion and capsicum
- 2 sliced green chilis
- ½ tsp of black pepper
- Salt and oil
Method
- To prepare the paneer cubes, in a bowl, mix the cottage cheese with pepper, salt, corn flour, and all-purpose flour. Add a bit of water to the mixture so that the paneer cubes can be fried well in oil till they turn golden brown. Then set them aside.
- To prepare the sauce, heat some oil in a pan. Add the chopped ginger and garlic. Sauté them till you can smell the fragrance. Include the chopped capsicum and onions in the pan till they are softened yet crisp. Now pour in the red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, soy sauce, sugar, and vinegar. Stir everything well.
- Into the sauce, pour the fried paneer cubes and ensure that they coat well. Add the slit green chilis for the additional spice! Garnish with chopped green spring onions or spread some sesame seeds for the extra crunch.
